I’ve been teaching yoga and pilates for over 30 years and have developed an uplifting and unique style of teaching. My aim is to help those I teach realise their full and unique potential, as well as inspire a sense of community, happiness and confidence for everyone in class! There is so much joy and healing benefits to the practice, and no matter your ability level I’d love to see you on the mat!

My yoga classes include simple and precise core work, pranayama (yoga breath work), gentle physical release work, meditation and guided relaxation. With a focus on technique and alignment my classes are designed to revitalise your spirit and restore balance to the body and mind.

I’m also an experienced sports massage therapist and hypnotherapist, with a background in professional dance.
