The practice builds over 6 weeks ( 10am till 11.30am ) every Saturday, introducing you to the basics of postures ( asana ), sequencing, healthy alignment and breath techniques ( pranayama ). You'll also learn simple meditation and relaxation techniques. You will work at a pace that means you learn slowly and thoroughly, week by week, step by step.

In this 2 hour workshop Diana will guide you through an uplifting flowing yoga asana practice, to get your life forces flowing. Simple breathing and meditation to bring about mental clarity and allow the conscious mind to still, enabling you to ignite your imagination and stimulate your vsualisation skills and so set your vision for the year ahead. Finally lying down for a wonderful relaxing hypno-nidra and imprint a positive future vision onto your powerful subconscious mind.

In this workshop you will gain a feeling of inner strength and confidence, knowing you have the power and potential to direct and change your life for the better and accomplish your goals. A recording of the hypno-nidra will be made available to listen to whenever you need a positive top-up.

This is a open level workshop and suitable for anyone looking to gentle loosen-up, stretch and refresh after the festive season and look forward with a positive and creative mind set.

In this three week course you will learn simple meditation practices, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to nurture a high level of bodily health and mental clarity, let go of tension and bring the mind to stillness in order to see the true positive nature of yourself.

There will be a small amount of movement at the beginning of each class to prepare for sitting comfortably.

You will learn attainable restorative yoga poses to activate the para-sympathetic nervous system ( rest and digest ).

You will receive hand outs and guided relaxation recordings to support your practice at home in between sessions and you will leave the course with a box of powerful practical tools to help relieve stress, keep you calm and balance your emotions in daily life.

LAZY SUNDAY AFTERNOON at Triyoga Chelsea London

You've got all the time in the world; close your eyes and drift away.

A vision of perfect peace moves across your imagination. The day is warm, and pleasant, calm and tranquil. As you relax on your beautiful private tropical beach, a palm tree shading you from the sun and a gentle breeze drifting across your body, you realise all is well with you and all is well with the world around you.

In this workshop we will move through playful and fun yoga poses that connect you to the serenity of nature. Salute the sun and bask in the glow of the half- moon pose; root through your feet with tree pose and connect to the earth with palm tree sequence. You will gracefully flow into the mermaid sequence, fish pose and star- fish twist, before surrendering into a blissful mental and physical relaxation, drifting away to a wonderful peaceful place.

Finally Diana will guide you through a deep hypnotic calming relaxation. Allowing your powerful subconscious mind to open and receive positive suggestions to encourage you to take control of your life in a focused, stable and creative way.
