Meditation + relaxation for Beginners a 4 week course


In this four week course you will learn simple meditation practices, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to nurture a high level of bodily health and mental clarity, let go of tension and bring the mind to stillness, in order to see the true nature of yourself.

There will be a small amount of gentle movement at the beginning of each class to prepare for sitting comfortably and you will learn easy and attainable restorative poses to activate the para - sympathetic

nervous system ( rest and digest )

You will receive some hand outs and guided relaxation recordings and will leave the course with powerful practical tools to help relieve stress, keep you calm and balance your emotions in daily life.
