A triyoga small group Pilates beginners course is set in a small group setting (limited to a maximum of9 students) to ensure that you receive a high level of personal attention from an experienced teacher. It is perfect for beginners, and suitable for anyone looking to revisit the principles of matwork Pilates.
The course builds progressively over 4 weeks, introducing you to the basics of the Pilates system of exercise - designed to give you strength, flexibility, coordination, correct body alignment, powerful abdominals and a unity of mind, body and spirit. It will create a strong and safe foundation, working at a mindful pace that ensures learning as well as improved posture, balance, self-esteem and confidence.
This course takes place every Saturday from 10:00am to 11:00am for four weeks starting Saturday 16th of May
