Come enjoy fully supported restorative poses, allowing you to open your muscular system through passive stretching, whilst nurturing your body and spirit and bringing about deep physical relaxation.
Diana will finish with transforming relaxation techniques with hypnotic guidance, allowing you to mentally drift away to a beautiful peaceful place, where you can just let go and know that all is well with you and with your world.
