In this three week course you will learn simple meditation practices, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to nurture a high level of bodily health and mental clarity, let go of tension and bring the mind to stillness in order to see the true positive nature of yourself.
There will be a small amount of movement at the beginning of each class to prepare for sitting comfortably.
You will learn attainable restorative yoga poses to activate the para-sympathetic nervous system ( rest and digest ).
You will receive hand outs and guided relaxation recordings to support your practice at home in between sessions and you will leave the course with a box of powerful practical tools to help relieve stress, keep you calm and balance your emotions in daily life.
