Leave winter behind and bounce into spring full of health, vitally and positivity. There is a perfect intelligence within you that knows how to repair and make every part of you whole again. This intelligence knew how to create your perfect body in the first place and it continues to heal and regenerate whenever you mind and body calls for it.
Diana has designed simple, physical release sequences to help you unwind and loosen up your joints. She will guide you through gentle uplifting yoga poses making you feel alive and happy. You will then enjoy fully supported restorative yoga poses, allowing you to open your musculatory system through passive stretching, whilst nurturing your body and bringing about deep physical relaxation.
Diana will finish the workshop by guiding you through a powerful hypnotic healing relaxation where you will let go, transform and feel wonderfully nourished and whole again.

Diana has designed gentle physical release sequences to help you unwind and loosen up your joints, encouraging you to move in a more fluid, powerful and graceful way.
Work through supported restorative poses, allowing you to open your musculature system through passive stretching. Nurturing your body and spirit whilst bringing about a deep physical relaxation.
To close, Diana will use transforming hypnotic techniques to guide you into relaxation. Allowing you to mentally drift away to a beautifully peaceful place, where you can let go and feel wonderfully well. Knowing that these feelings of relaxation, poise and inner peace will stay with you and continue on into the weeks ahead.

Body confidence, Confident mind: a yoga pilates fusion workshop

Being happy and confident in your body is a state of mind - burst into summer and feel great about yourself! Like your body, love your body, appreciate your body as it looks after you so well...


Diana will begin by teaching fun and effective Pilates exercises where you will learn amazing tools to help tone and strengthen your body, as well as improve your posture and body awareness. This will be complemented by an uplifting yoga sequence to stretch, lengthen and ignite your inner glow.


To finish Diana will guide you into deep relaxation, opening up your subconscious mind using powerful positive suggestions, allowing your confident personality to bloom with the spring. You will leave feeling wonderful from the inside out and filled with love and accepting the real you.
