the stabilising effect

  • triyoga 372 King's Road London, SW3 United Kingdom (map)

In this workshop we will be using exercises and techniques to encourage a stable organised body and a stable focused mind.

Starting with flowing body control sequences to develop coordination and stability, and to centre awareness. Combined with physical release movement, to help loosen the joints and realign and lengthen the spine.

Moving on to a simple, mindful, grounding meditation and creative visualisation technique to get your cosmic energy flowing. Helping to dissolve blockages and keeping you firmly connected to the stable, earthy energy of the physical plane.

Finally Diana will guide you through a deep hypnotic calming relaxation. Allowing your powerful subconscious mind to open and receive positive suggestions to encourage you to take control of your life in a focused, stable and creative way.
